🌟 We're Hiring: Full-Time Administrative Assistant

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and play a key role in supporting our General Manager, Board of Directors, and the community we serve.

🧩 What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, including:

  •              Greeting and assisting visitors and callers with professionalism and care
  •              Managing billing, payroll, accounts payable, and other financial duties
  •              Supporting Board meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and handling official documents
  •              Coordinating safety training and maintaining compliance records
  •              Helping with permits, public notices, and general office operations

This role involves working with confidential information, so discretion and professionalism are a must.

 🛠 What You Bring

  •                High school diploma (college-level accounting courses a plus)
  •                At least 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience
  •                Strong communication and customer service skills
  •              Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks (or similar financial software) and general office software
  •              Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

🧘‍♀️ Work Environment

You’ll be working in a quiet, indoor office setting with standard office equipment. The role includes sitting, standing, and occasional lifting or bending.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $68,358 to $83,090.
  • Retirement Plan – The District pays 17.5% of gross salary into a Money Purchase Pension Plan.
  • The District pays 100% of the medical insurance premium for the employee only through CalPERS Gold Plan
  • The District pays 100% of the premiums for Vision, Dental, and Accidental Life insurance for the employee only.
  • A Deferred Compensation Retirement Plan is available for employee participation.
  • Vacation, Sick, and Holiday leave.
